Compared to pricier options, these Amazon Basics batteries are an excellent bang-for-buck choice. I've been using them in my kids' toys and a few remotes around the house for almost a month now, and they've performed just as well as more expensive brands I've used before. They're not fancy, but they're durable, reliable, and have a good shelf life. The only minor critique is that they don't seem to last quite as long in my kid's loud, vibration-heavy racing car toy compared to the big-name brand batteries we usually use, but for everyday devices like remotes and flashlights, they're perfectly fine. At just over $0.30 per battery, it's hard to beat these for value.
