Unfortunately, the new surface pro does not include the wall charger and Microsoft wants $69.99 for it and I've seen less than ideal reviews on it. This is an almost perfect charger. When you plug in the USB C and USB A at the same time, you must do the C first or you may get notifications from your device that the 65W output is too low - but it's about timing. This does do the job, it's as small as can be expected, relatively compact, good quality, and I've used them for years and haven't found anything else close to comparable. You can use all the outputs but I can't imagine for what unless you want slower charging, such as phones at 30w.

This charger is a beast. It charges my laptop, ipad, and my phone simultaneously at high speed. Just make sure to buy quality usb cables. I use it school. Im a teacher and it allows me decrease the number power blocks. I have bought a lot of products from Anker and they make high quality electronics at a very reasonable price.
