Bluey: The Videogame- Nintendo Switch

Our Experience

I was skeptical at first - a video game based on an animated TV show? Seemed more like a cash grab than anything genuinely enjoyable. But I bought Bluey: The Videogame for my Nintendo Switch mainly because my six-year-old niece was begging for it. Two weeks in, and I must admit, we're both hooked.

The standout feature has been the co-op play. It's rare to find a game that caters so well to both kids and adults, but Bluey does just that. We've spent hours laughing together as we navigate various challenges, from Heelies races to treasure hunts. My niece loves it because she gets to be Bluey, her favorite character, while I appreciate the simplicity of controls that allow even a casual gamer like me to keep up.

However, there's one minor critique: the game can feel repetitive at times.
