The specs caught my attention because Buzzkill Wines claims their Non-Alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc retains the same taste as its alcoholic counterpart but with zero proof. After testing it daily for almost a month, I can confirm that it largely delivers on this promise.

The wine pours crisp and pale yellow, mirroring its original sibling. The aroma is distinctively Sauvignon Blanc – grassy and fruity, a pleasant start. Taste-wise, it's surprisingly close to the real deal; it has a refreshing acidity and a hint of grapefruit that I've come to expect from this varietal. However, there's an ever-so-slightly artificial aftertaste, reminiscent of the alcohol being removed.

While not identical to its alcoholic counterpart, Buzzkill is commendable in achieving such similarity without the alcohol content or associated hangovers. It's a solid choice for those seeking a sophisticated non-alcoholic beverage option.
