Took me a while to decide but I finally went for the FPD 4K smart TV after hearing great things about Google TV. As someone who loves streaming services, the idea of having personalized recommendations and everything aggregated in one place was too good to pass up. And boy, it delivered! The setup was a breeze, and within minutes I was browsing my favorite apps with ease. The picture quality is stunning, especially during movie nights where the 4K resolution and HDR really shine. My only minor gripe? Sometimes the remote can be a bit laggy when switching between apps, but it's not a deal-breaker by any means. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and can't imagine going back to my old TV now.

I bought the supposedly 4k/UHD unit. The box is correct, as it shows it as a CANVAS model which is the 4k/UHD. But nothing noteworthy about the Picture Settings, sadly, and after experimentation I left the setting on its default. Perhaps I haven't tuned into any 4k broadcasts to tell the difference!
