I am not sure about the office that comes with it. When I was in set up it offered 30 days free, but nothing else. Nothing sent with the PC about getting office.
The computer screen is terrible on this thing. Not anywhere near quality I was expecting or compared to other HPs I've owned. Also no Microsoft office info included or warranty info and no response to our email for information. When I went to try to make a return be forewarned that it says there is a restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping unless it's the sellers fault. To me this is entirely sellers fault as this is not as advertised but we'll see what Amazon says. Had I known an
Decent laptop however the keyboard does not have backlighting and I returned it due to this issue. I also found it online for a better price but not having a light-up keyboard was a dealbreaker for me.
I received the laptop but Microsoft office was not available to download and there are no easy ways to get help. I spent 5 hours trying to figure out how to get the software I ordered with this laptop to download and nothing so still waiting for help to make it work
