Marshall Acton III Bluetooth Home Speaker, Black

Our Experience

For the price, this Marshall Acton III is impressive. I've been using it daily in my living room and it punches well above its weight class. The design is classic Marshall, looking great with its vinyl finish and gold details. I particularly love the multi-directional control knob – it's retro, intuitive, and adds a nice tactile element to adjusting volume or tracks.

The sound quality is surprisingly robust for such a compact speaker. It fills my space nicely, delivering clear mids and highs, and while it doesn't have the deepest bass, it still provides a satisfying thump when playing my favorite rock tunes.



My only minor critique would be the battery life. While Marshall claims 30 hours of playtime, I've found it to be around 25 hours with moderate volume levels. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but something worth noting if you plan on using this speaker outdoors or away from power outlets frequently.



All in all, at under $300, the Acton III offers excellent value for money, combining style and substance with its powerful sound and vintage aesthetic.
