I absolutely LOVE my OURA ring , it gives me great insight into my sleep and heart health as well as keeping track of my activity levels and stress levels , it warns me when it senses something wrong & notifies me , as well as , giving me suggestions on how to improve those said things . If you are hoping for it to track your heart rate while you are exercising, you are going to be sorely disappointed. It does heart rate readings every 10 to 30 minutes. No matter what you’re doing.
