The velour ear pads are plush and don't make my ears sweat, which is saying something given how warm I run on conference calls! Sound-wise, they're outstanding. I can truly hear the difference in audio quality; podcasts sound crisper, music has more depth. It's like upgrading from standard definition to HD - everything just sounds better. One minor gripe? The headband could do with a little extra padding for those who wear glasses.
