I finally decided to try this Uniden BCD325P2 scanner after months of researching and debating whether I really needed one. As a newbie to scanner enthusiasts, I was impressed by its ease of use despite having 25,000 channels. The Close Call feature is fantastic; it's like having a radar for interesting frequencies nearby. I've been picking up transmissions I wouldn't have otherwise found. However, the knobs could be more responsive, they sometimes require multiple turns to get to my desired channel. All in all, this scanner has exceeded my expectations and kept me entertained for hours. It was worth the investment!
