The price made me hesitant, I wasn't sure what to expect from a $20 personal alarm. But after three weeks of testing, I'm impressed. It's louder than my smoke detector, which reassured me it would serve its purpose if needed. The strobe light is surprisingly bright, too – it'd certainly draw attention in the dark.

One minor critique though, the clip feels a bit flimsy. While it holds well on bags and belt loops, I worry about its durability over time. But for now, this little gadget has given me peace of mind during my late-night walks home.
