Compared to pricier options, the Corsair Scimitar Elite offers a lot of bang for your buck at just under $80. I've been using it for two weeks now and I'm impressed with its performance. The 16 programmable buttons are perfect for MMO games like World of Warcraft; I could assign macros to every single button, which really upped my gameplay efficiency. My favorite feature is the dedicated sniper button, which temporarily lowers DPI for precise aiming - it's made a significant difference in my accuracy during PvP encounters.

The mouse feels sturdy and comfortable in hand, with a nice weight to it. However, I did find that the side buttons were a bit too easy to accidentally press while palm-gripping. It's a minor critique, but it was noticeable enough for me to mention.

All in all, if you're on a budget or just want great value for your money, the Corsair Scimitar Elite is an excellent choice.
