I wasn't expecting much at this price point but Dragon NaturallySpeaking Home 12.0 pleasantly surprised me. It's not perfect, mind you - I found it took a few tries to recognize my husband's voice, which was a bit frustrating initially. However, once it got used to his accent, the accuracy really improved.

What I loved about this software is how quickly it adapted to my typing style. Within two days, it was suggesting complete words and phrases without me having to correct it too often. That saved me time and made my document editing faster than ever. At $89.99, it's not the cheapest dictation software out there but considering how much easier it made my work, I'd say it's a solid bang-for-buck purchase.
