I finally decided to try these Edifier R1700BT speakers after my old ones conked out during a house party - talk about an awkward silence! I'd been eyeing these for their Bluetooth connectivity and sleek design, but the price tag made me hesitate. After three weeks of use, I'm glad I bit the bullet.

The sound quality is absolutely fantastic. I can really feel the bass in my favorite hip-hop tracks, and they've got a good range without any distortion at high volumes. The speakers also look great - not too bulky, and the wood finish adds a touch of class to my living room setup.



My only minor critique would be the controls on top. They're a bit too sensitive; I've accidentally paused playback more times than I can count while trying to adjust the volume. But hey, that's a small price to pay for such impressive sound and style. I'm a happy customer!
