Our Experience

I finally decided to try this Kasa indoor camera after weeks of researching smart home gadgets. I've been working from home lately and wanted something to keep an eye on my furry friend, Max. The pan/tilt feature was a game-changer; I could check in on him anytime without worrying if he'd be in frame.

The setup was surprisingly easy - took less than 10 minutes from unboxing to live view on my phone. Night vision is impressive too, even in our dimly lit living room. Motion detection seems pretty accurate, though once it triggered for a shadow cast by the blinds moving slightly.

Only minor gripe I have is the app could use some improvement; sometimes it takes a few tries to connect back after losing signal mid-pan/tilt. But overall, I'm pleased with my purchase at this price point. Max seems to enjoy his newfound fame too!
