I spent hours comparing options before finally settling on METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER TACTICAL ED for my PS5. I was craving a deep, immersive gaming experience that could keep me engaged over several weeks, and this classic series revival seemed like just the ticket. After playing it for a few weeks now, I can safely say it's been an absolute joy. The remastered graphics are stunning - every blade of grass, every wrinkle on Snake's face, is rendered in exquisite detail. It's like stepping into a living painting. And let me tell you, the gameplay is as challenging and satisfying as ever.

Played this when it originally came out on the ps2. The graphics are insane. More game developers should remaster other classic games. Lord knows that the game choices are extremely limited these days & having the ability to purchase remastered games would be awesome.
Good remake, I like the added wrinkles to the gameplay, but to be honest for those sitting on the fence: it is still the same game. At base, you can play this cheaper in the collection that came out a couple of years ago.Whether the update in graphics and few gameplay tweaks is worth full price is what one should consider. My only experience playing this game was on 3DS and despite the wonky controls, I absolutely loved it. I was so excited when I heard a remake was coming out for PS5. Having spent a week playing the heck out of MGS Delta, I can honestly say that I think it's a masterpiece. The character models look fantastic and the environments are still mesmerizing all these years later (21 years!). I've only noticed a couple instances of slowdown and only had 1 crash and I've been playing on graphics mode. Som
Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this game. It's definitely worth it. If you like spy stories with a darker edge, you'll find it all. Does it have action? Yes? Does it have romance? Yes? Ideal frame for frame remake of the original. Same exact voice acting, upgraded soundtrack and graphics. You can choose to play in classic mode with a fixed camera, or in contemporary mode, where you control the camera. They integrated this feature surprisingly well, and for the most part I felt that a manual camera mode didn’t interfere with game play.
