Our Experience

We go through mice quickly in our house; kids are rough on them, you know? I needed something durable but not too expensive. The Orochi V2 seemed promising. It's wireless, which is a must for my mess of cables, and it's got that sleek Razer design I've come to expect.

First week with it was great. I love how light it is - glides effortlessly on my desk pad. My daughter, who's been using it for her online games, says it's really responsive too. We haven't had any lag issues yet, which is a big plus considering our router's not the fastest.

Only minor critique? The battery life seems to be a bit shorter than advertised. I've noticed it draining faster when used in Bluetooth mode. But hey, it's still going strong after about 5 days of moderate use, and charging takes barely any time at all. All in all, for $34, this mouse is a solid purchase that should last us a while.



Update: After two weeks, the battery life seems to have evened out. It's lasting longer now. Maybe it just needed some time to 'break in'?
