Compared to pricier options, the Samsung Essential S3 offered a surprising amount of bang for my buck at just over $100. I was blown away by its 1800R curvature; it provided an immersive viewing experience that made gaming and everyday tasks more enjoyable. The colours were vibrant, and the 100Hz refresh rate handled fast-paced games smoothly.

However, one minor critique is the lack of USB-C connectivity for such a modern monitor. While it does come with HDMI and DisplayPort options, having USB-C would've been a nice addition at this price point to future-proof my setup somewhat more.

Overall though, given its price tag, impressive curvature, and excellent image quality, I'd say the Samsung Essential S3 is an exceptional value for money.
