Our Experience

I spent hours comparing options before settling on the GIGABYTE B850 AORUS Elite WIFI7 motherboard. I was particularly drawn to its robust VRMs and support for PCIe 5.0. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that the board has lived up to my expectations. The installation process was smooth, with all components fitting perfectly into place. My favorite feature is the Smart Fan 6 software, which provides ample control over fan speeds and temperatures, ensuring optimal cooling even under heavy loads.



However, one minor critique I have is with the placement of the USB-C port. It's situated at the bottom edge of the motherboard, making it slightly inconvenient to use if you're running cables along the back of your case or using a vertical GPU mount. Nonetheless, this is a trivial issue compared to the overall performance and feature set offered by the B850 AORUS Elite WIFI7. It's certainly one of the best choices for an AMD AM5 system.
