Our Experience
I was skeptical at first; spending nearly $1600 on a TV seemed extravagant, even for a 77-inch OLED. But after a week with the Samsung S84F, I'm impressed. The picture is stunning – blacks are inky, colors vibrant, and motion smooth. It's like having a cinema at home.
I was particularly blown away by how well it handled upscaling. My old DVDs looked nearly as good as my 4K Blu-rays. However, I noticed that the AI sometimes over-smoothes faces, making them look slightly plastic. It's minor but noticeable in close-ups during slow scenes. Despite this, the S84F has been a joy to use. The picture quality alone makes it worth the investment for those who can afford it.

Love my OLED TV! Picture quality is outstanding !Only complaint I have is with the delivery. The Amazon guy set my TV against the front of my garage and didnt let me know it arrived.
Amazing quality, those 120 hz do make a difference
The AI feature is a little weird. It makes the things move funny. The picture's great. The sound is just ok. I have a 7.2 surround sound so I'm not that worried about the sound. For the price it's a great large TV.
Great picture without messing with settings? Thought not having direct access channel selection would be bad, but with Bixby voice control you can tell it to go to any channel or streaming app easily.
